Interior Design Fair Maison&Objet Paris To Return This Week

Maison&Objet Paris‘ next trade fair, slated to debut on 9 September, will comprise both online and physical events showcasing the best of the interior design, design products and lifestyle industries.
Running alongside Paris Design Week, the French trade show is known for conducting two events each year in January and September. Kicking off the first show, earlier this year – MOM (Maison&Objet and More) had arranged a digital experience, with an online event that spanned eight weeks which featured a different topic every week.

Maison&Objet Paris 2021 will make a grand come-back in the following week with an in-person exhibition themed ‘Desirable Development,’ at the Paris Nord Villepinte.
Moreover, with this theme 20 designers will be given a blank canvas at Escape Commines in Paris, so they can provide their own interpretations of the theme. In the meantime, MOM will be broadcasting footage of the exhibiting brands’ collections to a bigger worldwide audience either before the trade show or while on the stand.

In light of the COVID-19 situation, the organisers will take all necessary sanitary and health precautions, including requiring attendees to show a mandatory health pass upon arrival – an app-based certification that shows a recent negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result as well as proof of vaccination.
Earlier this week Maison&Objet launched their fourth pillar, Maison&Objet Academy, a video channel that would allow worldwide design enthusiasts to browse and access multimedia information on interior design, décor, and lifestyle from industry leaders.
