Licensed Restaurants in Dubai Will Soon Be Able To Serve Alcohol
But COVID-19 related restrictions will still apply to establishments and patrons
Patrons will soon be able to order an alcoholic beverage alongside their meal when visiting their favourite restaurant within Dubai.
According to Arabian Business, licensed restaurants located in and outside hotels in Dubai will again be allowed to serve alcohol starting Sunday next week (after Ramadan). This is on the condition that the alcoholic beverages will only be served in licensed establishments and alongside a meal, with the service limited to tables.
The drinks are also to be served in single-use glasses only, and are not permitted to be sold directly in the bottles, reports Arabian Business. Patrons can only enjoy their beverage at their table and not at the bar.
