Taking the K-Pop world by storm is girl group TWICE, who just announced their 5th world tour to promote their latest album Ready To Be. Since then, the famous artists have become the subject of viral internet memes and social media trends as they post to their 27.2 million followers.
The Republic Records-signed group made history as one of the few K-Pop girl groups, after NewJeans and BLACKPINK, to have multiple entries on the Billboard Hot 100 charts for their English singles The Feels and recent release Moonlight Sunrise.
Consisting of a mix of vocalists, dancers, and rappers, namely Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, leader Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, the multi-language performing band has been touring since 2017 when they made their concert debut with the much-awaited Twiceland: The Opening.
When Is TWICE Releasing Ready To Be?
TWICE’s 12th Mini Album Ready To Be featuring the Korean and English versions of Set Me Free is set to make a splash among K-Pop fans on Friday, March 10 at 2:00PM KST (9:00AM Dubai time). Fans can pre-save and pre-order the album through the link on their Instagram post.
When Is TWICE Going On A World Tour?
Kicking off in the South Korean capital Seoul on April 15, the Golden Disc Award-winning group is set to travel across Japan, Australia, the US, and Canada where they will perform in popular cities such as Melbourne, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Toronto, and others until July 9.
As of now, Verified Fan sale tickets for US shows of the Ready To Be tour are open for registration on Ticketmaster until March 8.
Is TWICE’s Ready To Be Tour Coming To The UAE?
As of now, the Talk That Talk vocalists haven’t announced any shows in the UAE or the MENA region.
However, since the world’s biggest girl group BLACKPINK came to Riyadh and Abu Dhabi to perform exhilarating concerts just last month, TWICE fans can keep their hopes for a show announcement in the region.
