In the early hours of Saturday morning Jordan’s Royal Hashemite Court announced that Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein were blessed with a baby girl. Princess Iman bint Al Hussein bin Abdullah II was born on August 3, 2024, making her the King and Queen of Jordan’s first grandchild.
In the hours that followed both the court and members of the royal family shared a series of touching photos, including the little Princess meeting her extended family.

It is yet to be confirmed, but many believe that baby Iman was named after Prince Hussein’s sister Princess Iman, showing how close he is to his sister. Moreover, the meaning behind the newborn’s name itself translate to faith in Arabic.
Queen Rania, known for her elegance and poise, is seen smiling affectionately at the newest member of the family. Queen Rania also shared how the arrival of her first grandchild has brightened her life. The unity and love that the royal family exudes in these moments are a testament to their close-knit bond.
