Taylor Swift Costumes: The Best Fashion Moments From The Eras Tour
Act I: Lover – Custom Versace
The dreamy, synth-pop sounds of Lover called for this bejewelled custom Versace bodysuit in baby pink and blue that made Taylor look like a life-sized Barbie doll. The musician’s stylist Joseph Cassell partnered with Christian Louboutin for Eras, and Taylor donned a pair of knee-length studded silver boots from the French house for this look.
Act II: Fearless – Roberto Cavalli
Throwing it back to her Speak Now era when Taylor performed in a 1920s-style Flapper dress, the musician partnered with Roberto Cavalli yet again and glammed it up in a champagne-coloured dress with shimmery fringes that lit the stadium up as she danced to her tunes.
Act III: Evermore – Etro
For this cottagecore-inspired album, it only made sense for Taylor to turn down the glam and take on a cosy and bohemian look in this yellow-orange floor-length gown by Etro as she crooned to album hits Willow, Champagne Problems, Marjorie, and more.
Act IV: Reputation – Roberto Cavalli
Reminiscent of her Reputation “bad gal” era, Taylor went back to commanding the attention of her audience as she changed into an asymmetrical beaded one-piece whose main feature was the giant Roberto Cavalli snake in ruby red that wrapped her body.
Act V: Speak Now – Nicole + Felicia Couture & Zuhair Murad
Glimmering under the stage lights while crooning to a Speak Now classic, Taylor Enchanted in a crystal-embellished ballgown by Nicole + Felicia Couture that had her looking nothing less than a princess straight out of a Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale.
For her second night performing the same track, the songster wore a pink tulle ball gown from Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad that featured a starburst bodice with glimmering detail and a cross-strap back.
Act VI: Red – Ashish
Taylor chose an updated version of her statement white T-shirt from the 22 music video that was a design by the Indian-born Ashish. While the original said “Not a lot going on at the moment”, the musician’s newest ensemble got rid of the first word.
For her rendition of the soul-stirring 10-minute-long All Too Well which is said to be about her ex Jake Gyllenhaal, the songwriter paired a deep red and black ombré coat that was sequinned all over with a matching bodysuit, also a custom design by Ashish.
Act VII: Folklore – Alberta Ferretti
Toning it down again, Taylor stunned in a romantic Alberta Ferretti ruffled gown in mauve that was reminiscent of the folksy and eclectic style of the 70s.
For her second night performing ballads Seven, Betty, August, Cardigan, and others from the indie folk album, Taylor chose a custom tiered cream gown by the Italian dressmaker that featured voluminous sleeves with beaded embroidery and crystal embellishments throughout.
Act VIII: 1989 – Roberto Cavalli
Coming back to her electro-pop roots with a Swarovski-drenched fuchsia two-piece designed by Roberto Cavalli’s creative director Fausto Puglisi himself was Taylor as she returned to the stage to sing her top hits Style, Blank Space, Shake It Off, Wildest Dreams, and Bad Blood.
Act IX: Taylor Swift – Ruffled Dresses
Taylor took us back to her roots as a country musician with the two ruffled dresses in magenta and green that she wore on both nights when she performed Tim McGraw.
Taylor had TWO surprise songs tonight: State of Grace acoustic and This Is Me Trying ? There were no songs from the debut album (Tim McGraw) because of this! #TSmidnighTS pic.twitter.com/Xio0osWriW

Act X: Midnights – Oscar de la Renta
To conclude her 44-song-long set, the career-spanning concert ended with performances from Taylor’s latest studio album Midnights for which the artist chose two custom Oscar de la Renta pieces. The first one was a midnight sequin and crystal embroidered bodysuit that featured draped fringe necklaces.
For her performance of Lavender Haze, Taylor donned an aurora borealis sequin embroidered t-shirt with a faux fur coat in the same colour.
