Everything You Need To Know About The Reviving Saudi Heritage Competition
The Reviving Saudi Heritage competition is designed to celebrate Saudi fashion in all its glory, along with encouraging a spirit of sustainability and creativity within all those who apply. Designers are encouraged to create unique pieces that reflect the rich culture of The Kingdom, while incorporating the use of sustainable materials and Swarovski crystals, who are partnering with the competition to help young creatives bring their visions to life.
The contest is being hosted in collaboration with the 100 Saudi Brands programme, an initiative to enhance the global and national presence of the Kingdom’s fashion sector.
Applicants are invited to submit their applications by August 10. Followed by the submission period, workshops will be conducted by Swarovksi experts in Riyadh, as well as personal sessions with every participant to review their progress and provide assistance whenever necessary.
The winners of the competition will be announced on September 25, who will then receive the distinguished opportunity to train at the Hanouf Fashion House in Jeddah.
Applications can be made via the Fashion Commission’s social media accounts: @fashionmoc and @sa100brands_official.
