How Chaumet’s Tiara Dream Exhibition is Paying Homage To The Rich Heritage of Saudi Arabia

Held at the King Fahad National Library in Riyadh, the event is on till March 26, Bazaar Arabia shares all the details here…

Chaumet recently unveiled their prestigious Tiara Dream exhibition in Riyadh, showcasing an array of the Maison’s iconic tiaras from over the years in a unique immersive installation; known as a symbol of royalty and power, the tiara has been a timeless accessory for generations.

The collection includes an array of treasures like the Joséphine Valse Impériale, Wheat-Ear, Fuchsia, Pearls, and many more, making this an exhibit like no other.

While entering the beautiful exhibit, visitors can expect nothing short of a magical Chaumet journey that includes a digital hallway that can be described as a combination of Place Vendôme and Riyadh skyline.

VIPs and A-listers like Diala Makki, Jessica Kahawaty, and Rym Saidi attended the opening night.

The exhibition portrays the beautiful connection between French savoir-faire and Saudi cultural heritage in various ways, like the sword of Napoleon – a key symbol in the maison’s pieces and within Saudi Arabia literature and poetry.

Additionally, designer Honayda Saleh Serafi provided a beautiful bridal gown that contributes to the fairy-tale-like aura of getting married in a tiara. Inspired by Empress Josephine and the structure of the Najdi costume from Her Highness Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman Al Saud, the gown is truly one-of-a-kind.

The Tiara Dream exhibition is on now until March 26, 2022 at the King Fahad National Library in Riyadh.
