If you haven’t had a chance to catch up on the season or aren’t familiar with the “social experiment,” here’s the rundown: Love is Blind Habibi premiered on October 10, 2024, following 20 single contestants (ten men and ten women) on their quest to find a life partner.
The contestants begin by “dating” each other blindly in separate pods, discussing everything from family, careers, passions, and desires – without seeing who they’re speaking to. The Love is Blind cast members strive to meet their soulmates based solely on emotional connection, leaving the physical aspect to be revealed post-engagement. The cast comes from a diverse range of Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Syria, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, and Iraq.
Love is Blind Habibi follows the same format as the other international spin-offs, taking cultural sensitivities and customs in mind throughout the filming process.
