A charming dining experience, The Address Montgomerie Dubai’s newly renovated Nineteen delights with uninterrupted and spectacular views across the golf course. The restaurant has had a total face lift, and now boasts stunning, sun-drenched interiors and a new mouth-watering Mediterranean menu to boot.
On arrival, we took our seats on the outdoor terrace where the sprawling mounds of the Montgomerie Golf Club meet Emirates Hills.
Nineteen’s new head chef, Giuliano Berta, came out to greet us and talked us through the new dishes on the menu: a striking selection of classic Mediterranean dishes from fresh meats and seafood (the wagyu tartare with a truffle sauce is a total must-try) to salads to a big, creamy ball of burrata – a Bazaar favourite.
Lean meats with zesty flavours make up the menu of mains; the red prawn risotto and smoked rack of lamb will temporarily transport you to the fishing villages in Greece.
To finish, a mind-boggling sea of the most glorious desserts in town. The chocolate soufflé is baked from scratch and takes an extra 15-minutes – but it’s totally worth the wait. We promise.
