This summer the multi award-winning Pierchic amped up its commitment to sustainability by introducing a bespoke five-course sustainable menu concept, and the good news is, it's being extended so you still have to time to savor it. 

Home to Dubai’s most exquisite epicurean cuisine, this beguiling jewel of a venue sits perched at the end of Jumeirah's Al Qasr resort's alluring pier. Offering breathtaking views of the Burj Al Arab, surrounded by the azure waters of The Arabian Gulf and it's tropical wash sunsets, this forward-thinking dining destination already adopted a market-leading stance against single-use plastics by removing straws and stirrers from service, and by serving mineral water in glass bottles only earlier this year.

The venue's management felt so strongly about making a real difference in how produce gets to our table amidst growing environmental concerns, that they personally combed the region to source ethical local produce. After unearthing organic ingredients on every fringe of the UAE from oysters to fish, to fresh fruits and vegetables, they set about conjuring a creative sustainable menu, and the result is as delicious as it is meritorious.

Delectable delights include Dibba Bay oysters from the UAE’s only oyster farm on the country’s east coast; a duo of local hamachi and salmon ceviche with sweet potato and leche de tigre; lobster and locally produced ricotta ravioli; Dibba hammour with harissa, moutabal, koosa and lemon butter sauce; and butternut UAE ricotta cheesecake with pumpkin puree and pistachio ice cream. This enticing cavalcade of culinary mastery will leave you feeling both satisfied and content, knowing that such great care and attention that has gone into its conception.

In addition to this innovative commitment, the venue's team is knowledgeable and affable, ensuring that your experience flows as smoothly as the marvelous 'Funky' organic grape offerings currently also available on the menu.

The sustainable set menu is priced at AED425 per person, with the option to add the organic grape-pairing package at an additional AED295 per head.
