We’re spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out in Dubai, and plant-based dining is slowly but surely starting to become no exception. The vegan revolution is only expected to gather further momentum as 2020 wears on - and with good reason -, which is why hipster haunts such as Bounty Beets are starting to beef (or lack thereof) up their menu with plenty more vegan options.
Crafted by head chef Chandika Ratnayaka the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi-based restaurant has launched an entirely meat and dairy-free menu – and it’s utterly delicious.
BAZAAR launched into a plant-based spread that included the Alfredo (cauliflower and cashew ‘cheese’ sauce spaghetti), and arguably the best tacos we’ve ever had in our entire lives, which came stuffed with spiced vegan meat, zucchini, guac and slaw.
The Snicker Bar and I Scream Bowls were the dessert of choice, all washed down which macha latte.
Oh, and did we mention the space boasts just about the most Pinterest-worthy décor an Instagrammer could hope for? Double win.
