Will It Rain Again in The UAE This Week?

Residents can look forward to a cloudy few days ahead, especially in parts of Abu Dhabi, while Dubai is looking sunny

After heavy rains hit the UAE recently, on May 2, more showers are expected in parts of the country soon.

According to a statement released by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), residents of the Emirates can expect a cloudy start to the work week.

Sunny to partly cloudy skies are predicted across the UAE on Monday, May 6, with a probability of convective (rain-bearing) clouds and showers expected southwards, such as in parts of Abu Dhabi, by afternoon.

Strong winds are also in store, which are expected to cause dust and sand to blow across the UAE. You also might want to change your plans if you are heading to the beach on Thursday as conditions at sea are expected to be rough.
