Tommy Hilfiger has just revealed the first images from its latest Tommy x Lewis Spring 2020 collection with Lewis Hamilton, the six-time Formula One World Champion and global ambassador for the renowned American label.
The fourth collaboration between the two icons sees a welcomed focus on embracing sustainable design practices, whilst promoting the notion of a 'Style For All' - a belief firmly rooted in the inspiration behind the collection, and trusts that an exceptional sense of style transcends all boundaries of gender, age, ethnicity and body type.
The all-new Tommy x Lewis collection fuses Tommy Hilfiger's strong heritage in menswear with Lewis' contemporary streetwear style, resulting in a series of effortlessly cool, modern designs that pay homage to the brand's archives. Military blues blend seamlessly with neutral tones and splashes of neon, infusing the classic tracksuit, bomber and field jacket styles with a confident, modern edge.
The collaborative collection is also more environmentally conscious than ever before, with over 75 percent of apparel featuring sustainable elements, such as the use of 100 percent organic cotton. The collection also utilises lower impact washes and recycled textiles on key styles, including denim jeans and shorts, woven tops and the all-new bleached trucker jacket.
The Tommy x Lewis Spring 2020 collection will make its runway debut at the Tate Modern, The Tanks on February 16, 2020 in London. On the same day, the collection will also be available on a new gender-neutral page on the brand's official website, as well as in select Tommy Hilfiger stores worldwide.
