Chanel’s Mademoiselle Privé exhibition, which has been traveling the globe since 2015, is stopping over in Tokyo. The fifth iteration of the immersive experience showcases key moments in the French fashion house's history, from Gabrielle Chanel to Karl Lagerfeld.
Making its way over from the West Bund Art Center in Shanghai, Mademoiselle Privé will be presented from 19 October to 1 December 2019, at the B&C Hall in Tennoz, Shinagawa.
The exhibition invites fashion fans to discover the three creativehouse of Chanel: the Haute Couture, the iconic N°5 fragrance that was created in 1921, and the fine jewellery.

The traveling exhibition has already made stopovers in London in 2015, Seoul in 2017, Hong Kong in 2018, and Shangai in 2019 - and though the contents and intent remain the same, the design is completely different each time.
Mademoiselle Privé has attracted the biggest names in the industry, with celebrity attendees that included Keira Knightley, Zhou Xun, Julianne Moore, Caroline de Maigret and Dua Lipa, who gave an exclusive performance.
